Estimates provided by Prism Parkland Lanai Sunrooms & Patios are based on information available at the time of the estimate, including an on-site assessment of the property. An estimate is not a binding contract. Final pricing is set forth in a written project contract signed by both parties.
Estimates may be revised if site conditions, scope of work, or material specifications change from those assessed at the time of the initial estimate. We will notify you of any changes to estimated costs before proceeding with work that would increase the final price.
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Prices do not include permit fees, HOA filing fees, or other third-party fees unless explicitly stated in the written contract.
Project start dates and completion timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including permit processing times, HOA approval timelines, material availability, weather, and site conditions. We will communicate promptly if we anticipate a material change to the project schedule.
Cancellation terms for contracted projects are set forth in the written project contract. In general, work that has already been performed, materials that have been ordered, and permit fees that have been paid are non-refundable. Specific cancellation rights and obligations are governed by the executed contract.
Payment schedules and accepted payment methods are specified in the written project contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is required before work begins. Progress payments may be required at milestones defined in the contract. The final balance is due upon project completion.
Accounts that are past due may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted under Florida law. We reserve the right to suspend work on a project if a scheduled payment is not received and we have given reasonable notice.
For contracted construction projects, Prism Parkland Lanai Sunrooms & Patios will apply for required building permits as part of the project. Permit fees are billed to the customer unless otherwise stated in the contract. We are responsible for scheduling required inspections. The customer is responsible for obtaining any required HOA approvals prior to the commencement of work.
All construction work is performed in compliance with applicable Florida building codes, Broward County requirements, and any applicable local municipal requirements. We do not perform unpermitted structural work.
Specific warranty terms for labor and materials are set forth in the written project contract. Warranty coverage varies depending on the scope of work and the materials used. Manufacturer warranties on materials or products are passed through to the customer to the extent permitted by the manufacturer.

You agree to bring any dispute or claim individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of this Site or our services are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida for any disputes not subject to arbitration.
